Taking your Pilates practice to a reformer offers adjustable resistance, personalised support, and an expanded range of movement compared to traditional mat work. This allows the exercises to target muscles more precisely and supports alignment, strength, and mobility in a way bodyweight alone can’t always achieve.

  • Reformer Pilates for times when Instructor-led classes are not available.

    Through large screens and wireless headphones, you are expertly guided at your own pace. Choose from an extensive library of classes to suit you.

    To access “On demand” slots it is a studio prerequisite that you have completed an “Introduction to reformer” class, as well as a block of beginners sessions in the group studio.

  • Our contrast therapy suite combines the benefits of an infrared sauna session and a cold plunge.

    Unlike traditional Finnish saunas, an infrared sauna operates at lower, yet effective and comfortable temperatures so you can stay in and enjoy your experience for longer. Rather than heating the air around you, infrared saunas use light wavelengths to directly heat the body from deep within. Benefits of including 2-3 sessions per week into your wellness routine:

    Cold water immersion as a standalone therapy has been reported to reduce inflammation caused by injury, aid muscle soreness after strength or endurance training and trigger a rush of endorphins that enhance mood and increase mental resilience.

    Alternating between the heat and the cold, several times in a session harnesses the body’s natural response to temperature fluctuations (blood vessels dilating and constricting) Start gradually with 5-10 minutes in the sauna, and 1-2 minutes in the ice bath and slowly extend the duration as your body becomes accustomed.
