Floatation Tank

Flotation therapy, also known as sensory deprivation therapy, involves floating effortlessly in a warm, magnesium-rich Epsom salt solution inside a quiet, enclosed tank.

By reducing external stimuli like light, sound, and gravity, the body and mind are able to deeply relax.

Many people report reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, relief from muscle tension and chronic pain, and enhanced mental clarity.

The high concentration of magnesium can also support muscle recovery and help calm the nervous system, making flotation therapy a powerful tool for both physical restoration and mental wellbeing.
